Sadly, it is not a magic book. It is not an amulet and will not in itself make you calm – but wouldn’t it be great if it did?

There are no easy fixes or cures for anxiety and stress, but if we can figure out how our brains work and respond to triggers we can find ways of moving forward living our lives.
The book contains cognitive behaviour techniques (CBT) – basically helping you find your own way to manage whatever is bothering you. We all know our own ways are best, right?
It is full of diagrams to help explain why stress and anxiety can brew and threaten to take us over – and how we can manage it.
It promises to help readers learn how to combat stress, tackle anxiety, and boost energy to feel calm, in control, and fulfilled. Sounds good!
It’s in paperback and is a compact size that is easy to pop in to your bag so you can refer to it whenever you have a quiet moment.
